Thank you for the questions. The water sprayed on is the Sika® Tooling Agent N that can be used straight away after the application. It is a water-based, solvent-free tooling agent for Sika's elastic sealants and adhesives. The Tooling Agent is designed for smoothening freshly applied Sikaflex sealants. The masking tapes should be removed after the sealant have been applied, or (if the case) smoothed.
Sikaflex sealants are elastic and therefore do not crack in compression or elongation. Joints are designed spaces for the building elements to expand and contract. Joint sealants waterproof these joints.

Sorry to be off topic but does any of you know a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost the password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Brycen Tristan thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Nozzle is cut too small, do not need tape, and never use your fingers, we use sticks cut to the right mm of the joint and fairy liquid and water in a pot. When we next do floor slabs I will record a video on how to actually seal a slab
