Applied Energistics 2 For Minecraft 1.20.1 Beginners Guide 

I've been planning on getting my head around AE2 for a while so I can do a full AE2 guide but the amount that's in the mod deserves more than 30mins 😂 splitting into parts is the only thing I could think to do...

@@Pilpoh Too much has changed on a lot of mods. They all really need new guides. Some don't really have any. (Forbidden & Arcane comes to mind). I did finally find one on Tube though.

It's a really great mod to learn even if it's the basics like I show in this video 😁

Glad I could help! Not gonna lie, Refined Storage is easier but AE2 causes less lag 😉

@@Pilpoh Well that’s good to know! I don’t have RS in the mod pack I’m playing right now because Its fabric and if I’m not mistaken RS is forge only? But I am planning on playing some forge automation focused mod packs in the future so I’m sure I will get into RS at some point. And for the meantime I’ll make sure to enjoy my current FPS lol.

@@Pilpoh I’m actually making a pack for some of my friends. It’s mostly inspired by Better adventures+, but we added a ton of boss mods and etc.

I think it's less complicated now 😁

For this tutorial I am using the All The Mods 9 mod pack. There's a few balence issues at the moment and it has a huge amount of mods. I'd suggest looking for a few lightweight mod packs if you are looking for minimal mods 😉 ATM9 is great for learning mods though to be fair 🤔

I can't think of a way to do that... Maybe if you have a fluid drawer being fed with the fluid so that the fluid drawer gets full up. The operation to fill the drawer can't be on the network though 🤔 that's a tough one!

Vibration chamber is the generator block. I use a creative energy cell here because this is a tutorials. If you are playing without any other power mods then vibration chamber is the only way to go 😉

From what I know 1.16 AE2 and 1.20 AE2 are different in so many ways. But, I never touched AE2 since I discovered RS so idk.

Most of the differences are to do with how to get certus quartz I think 🤔 I still prefer RS but I know for servers AE2 is a big performance boost 😁

I believe so, although I've not tested it with Ad Astra power gen. FE converts to AE power and im guessing Ad Astra is producing FE 🤔

Fabric has Powah I believe 🤔 I've not done to much with fabric so I'm not really the best person to ask unfortunately

Are you in the over world? You may need to go further out if you added AE after you created the world 🤔

@@Pilpoh same problem is happening to me. Im in the overworld and its just spinning i started the world with AE2

Did a quick Google and it says the command is "/ae2 channelmode infinite" or something like that 😉
