Is it compulsory for me to visit the 3 countries in one trip? Because, I want to visit Greece and will like to visit Germany and Portugal in the next 2 to 3 months. Is it okay for me to add them during my application or since it’s not the same trip, it’s not appropriate to add them.
It is not compulsory. You can apply for Schengen with the Greece embassy. You can mention your plan to visit other Schengen countries and request a multiple entry visa.

Hi, Check the website of embassy you are planning to apply to. If application is to be submitted online prior to appointment, you will need to submit all details online. If not you can take filled application plus documents on day of appointment.
Hi, Either your first entry point should be portugal or maximum stay during your stay must be in portugal. You can travel to any other countries if that is the case.

In the application form, they ask national I'd number. I'm indian so I have to put my adhar card number Does the consulate ask the original adhar card while submitting visa ?

You have the option to appeal. This will take up to 12 weeks for processing. If not, you can start another fresh application and submit all required documents and information.
