Yes you need to pay ihs for tier 2 visa and dependants also. However you can reimburse it later on.

@@SaimaUKNurse This video is great and informative, I would like to ask one more question, is it based on COS mentioned sponsor license number / COS number the path will be chosen skilled worker visa route? Do we have to do anything specifically ask to the employer about mentioning "Nurse" is a demanded skull set? Because my agency told to me, they will process skilled worker tier-2 via? but I have seen UK government site, and they mentioned I can choose the Health and care worker via which is cheaper and my dependent also not need to pay an extra Immigration Health surcharge? is good to choose during visa application Health and care worker visa ? or we have to be align with agency telling about tier -2 skilled worker visa ? sorry about my long question

Agencies usually give tier 2 because its easy to process, ihs is same for both visas. Cos is same for both visas you dnt need to do anything extra. You can ask the agency if they can give health and care visa instead.

If its registered and in English its alright. Attestation from foreign affairs and thats it.

Its entirely up to you what you want to do. You can write a letter also saying that i m looking for a 2bedroom house, haven’t got any yet.I didn’t have any accommodation when i applied for my husband. Are you a nurse? If other documents are complete i dont think there will be any problem

I believe you are earning enough to support your family and to get accommodation. I personally dont see any reason for visa refusal. Rest its up to you, i am not an immigration expert only telling you based on my experience.

Yes it’s enough, provide all the evidence for a strong case… but if you get a chance to go in Pakistan try changing your name on the passports and Id.

No, you cant. As a dependant of a Tier 2 visa holder, you can work freely in the UK, as long as you are not applying for a role as a professional sportsperson, or as a doctor or dentist in training. If you want to change your visa, than you shouldn’t be having dependent visa and apply on your own separately in order to get a tier 2.
