well it may seem like a great idea to avoid turmoil after death only a few states in the country allow you to probate a will before you have died imagine standing in front of the judge and saying judge this is my estate plan and this is how I want my assets to be distributed after death to my family I don't want there to be any fighting so I'm standing in front of this judge declaring this to be my last will in Testament only a few states allow for this pre-death approval of a will what do you think is it a good idea or does it cause greater problems for the individual
