Very good instruction ... but ... in real life ( in production ) you have a big problem. Normaly you use headers and footers for invoices ... headers for company logo etc. footer for more company information. the big problem is, that although you can declare header and footer, they do not work.

Really good, but if I need to edit the line and need to issue the PDF again with the modification, how would I do it?

I was a bit skeptic, but it actually worked. In the pdf it shows all rows, even the empty ones. How can I amend the template so it shows only the rows with data?
