Have you made a mistake?
This week in the IR Learning Lab we have been experiencing the emotional rollercoaster of launching something new, making mistakes and regrouping quickly to be able to access our prefrontal cortex so that we can think clearly without staying stuck in the emotional experience. I hope the video above inspired you to roll with our emotions as they arise when you make a mistake, and instead spend a minute or two feeling them, naming them, practicing self-compassion and taking a few deep breaths.
