Testament to the actress who played Kelly. You could almost hear the walls crack when she saw the bear. Then the torrent of emotions when April asked "Are you Kelly Bissett?" God, I love this show.

There are nurses like April. Millions of dedicated men and women all around the world fighting to give patients the care, love and understanding they deserve. Men and women putting their lives at risk so we can get basic medical treatment. I am honored to have many of such people. Trust me my dear; nurses like April do exist all around the world.

@@bronaghcarroll1187 I am sorry you have had bad experiences in hospitals and with nurses. Indeed, yes there are bad nurses. But, the world isn't perfect and people aren't perfect and as the system is made up of people. It stands to reason that the system itself is not perfect. I too have been in the hospital many times. Many, many, many time! Both, as a visitor and as a patient. My dad has been in congenital heart failure for some time now and hospitals are part of the package. Trust me if it were not for the nurses I don't how we would have survived. When I was too young to understand what was happening they would sit with me while I did my homework, they would find somewhere for me to sleep and ensuring my mom took care of herself. Those doctors and nurses were truly some of the best people I know. Meanwhile, I have been in countless hospitals in more than one country and I have only met amazing doctors and nurses doing there best to serve the needs of their patients. My brother died this past Sunday it was the nurses who were there for us. When he died we didn't know how to break the news to my dad they were there with us every step of the way. They reminded my dad that he had to be strong for me and my other brother because we can't take any more losses. So, while I am sorry you have not personally met any of these doctors or nurses I assure they exist and I hope one day you see this to be true. My brother died this past Sunday it was the nurses who were there for us. When he died we didn't know how to break the news to my dad they were there with us every step off the way they reminded my dad that he had to be strong for me and my other brother because we can't take any more losses.

I LOVED tonight’s Med, Fire and PD..... Kim helping Makayla after losing her family because of her father who had just been released from prison, I saw that Kim was caring for Makayla the way she would’ve loved and cherished her own baby....... And April is one helluva nurse with such a kind caring heart.... our OneChicagoFamily did us proud ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@bhd7721 it's only been an episode though, and a busy one too. So it could be addressed again. Honestly, Kim has grown into an amazing police woman on her own and Ruzek's character has come along way from when they dated and I think they'd be better suited now than in earlier seasons. Kevin though, I can't wait to see more of him facing the racist police head on in coming episodes. I do hope to revive a bit of the Atwater-Burgess friendship though with more interaction.

That girl should be enjoying her life doing stuff as a teenager, hanging out with her friends, shopping, going out with boys, you know, typical young people things. Instead, because of some low-life that doesn't deserve to even be on this earth, she will spend most of her young life having therapy, trying to overcome the nightmares and the experience of going through what she did. She will likely also find it hard to open up to too many people, as with most victims of crimes like this, they will only open up to people they feel they can trust.

I wish they would stop the drama between April and Ethan. Does every relationship in this series have to become sour? I feel like them together brings out the worst in one another, they clearly haven't worked out issues between them. I wish they could at least just be friends.

Blame the writers. Right now all I see is the unnecessary drama that April is causing. She likes Ethan as chief when he does things her way. The minute things doesn't go her way, she's behaving petty and unprofessional. I love April, but her attitude stinks right now. If she continues along this line, Ethan should write her up.

Even though I love Chexton, I want Ethan to stay so far away from April right now. Just look at her as a work colleague. April is too toxic right now and this is from an April/Chexton fan. April should be the next character to get a slap from a patient like Will. Maybe it will knock some sense into her and fix her attitude

@@brontolope Some people only knows team work when things are going their way. April needs to stop with her pettiness. As you said, it irritated me when she said Ethan that away from her. She failed to realize that she's an ED nurse. There are rotation for the staff on the covid ward so that they would not get burnt out by all the deaths. What's so hard for her to understand that. Did she think that Ethan being chief, that it doesn't apply to her and that she will get special treatment?

Yes that kiss between Jay and Hailey, I am sad that Casey and Britt has broken up though boy I was sure hope that they will make it work, but all of this will they or won't they get together romantically now she wants to remain friends with Matt because of him still inlove with Dawson, Dawson's not even on the show and already I dislike her. Come on writers bring back Casey and Matt no more bringing other people into their lives they're meant to be together romantically and not just friends.

THE WRITERS ARE 'MESSING' WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all it took 2 days before I was able to read comments. I am so "bent out of shape" by the April character (since this is TV Soap Opera Drama) that I tried repeatedly to view comments and it was not until Saturday 01/16/21 that I got to read comments. There were 68 of them and I'm delighted to have read all of them before I share my EXTENSIVE Comments. I appreciate all of you and I'm so impress with Shalom who gets to it right away. @@shalomisrael4624 Starting from Season 3 Episode 2 you see the romance blooming and respect for April from Ethan and Staff. When we move on you see the romance blossom and little to know real conversation between April and Ethan. Then when we come to disagreements it's Ethan who either reaches out or apolizes and April does not express her feelings. April's conversation with Dr. Charles ( S6 Ep3 ) would be good for her with Ethan instead of her "Shutting Down and Running" when Ethan reaches out as he as done in the 3 episodes of this season. This is just one example of the Writers "messing with us." Do They Think We Are either Not Remembering or Not Paying Attention????????????

@@mabelhill6220 It is poor writing for Ethan and April. Their storyline does not run smoothly. Too much inconsistencies. Too much reading between the line. Season after season, same nonsense. Break up, make back up, break up, make back up. During all this ups and downs between them, the writers doesn't think it necessary for them to have a much needed conversation. No the writers want unnecessary drama. Listen to me writers, I am FED UP, TIRED, WEARY, DISAPPOINTED in your writing. This flipping BS has got to stop. Stop writing a set of assified ( yeah I know that is not a word ) storyline for Chexton. We are adults. We are mad at all the preschool drama between them. This is not high school drama. Just fix this nonsense. People I am going to give myself a healthy dose of All Rise. What a fantastic show. This show will help me get over all the BS that's happening on Med, especially between my favourite couple, Chexton. Oh wait, I forgot, they are not a couple anymore. SIGH
