April news - Foundry and Archon Partnership, and more! 

I wish this came sooner because I've already completed the Beginner Box and I'm already at Book 2 of the Abomination Vaults. That's life. At least Kingmaker 2e is supposed to come out on Foundry when it releases. When the maker of PDF to Foundry (2e) module announced that he would stop updating his module I was nervous but it all came out perfectly. Every AP is supported on Foundry. The earlier ones by the module and the later ones officially.

While the launch of PF2e might have been shaky, I am noticing a renewal of interest for the game as the star of 5e has waned as more tables realise the balance problems inherient in the RAW. I was not a fan of PF1e due to its use of 3.x D&D rules, bought it because of the superior 4e influenced (but not mandated) rewriting to PF2. Paizo certainly knows how to create product that is value-for-money, let’s hope the game continues to carve out a respectable share of the TTRPG market.

I have been wanting to get a good VTT since I am not a fan of roll20. I play world of darkness games and Starfinder so I hope the is some compatibility there

I'm a little saddened by the timing of this - as we have purchased so many resources for Fantasy Grounds Unity for PF2e. I doubt those will carry over to foundryVTT. Still exciting since foundryVTT looks like it will support Dungeon Alchemist maps.

I would say that this is a paid ad by Foundry... But basically all you've said is true. Foundry IS that much better than the rest of the VTTs.
