Wow that Arrow exhaust sounds the bollocks- I was going to get an Austin can for my RSV4 but I could save £700 and still annoy the neighbours with the Arrow option- happy days!!

The way it starts on the dyno makes it sound like you need the hot start fix. Check Apriliaforum but it's basically a short additional wire between the battery and main relay.

Sounds great. Love the aprilia V4. Give it the Aprilia race map. Otherwise a well sorted bike. Enjoy!

I had one of these, then got the 1299S with full Akra exhaust and other bits. The plastic tanks on the Priller are crap, they swell and can crack. If you take it off and let it sit an hour or so, it expands and you have to drain it and dry it out. Then I had the hot start problem too.

Did they run the Dyno on R - mode ? (road-rain) you can see R on the dash few times during the test, I thought T is the most powerful mode or is the power restricted only on first gears ?

1:18 I heard you say it's not that high of a budget bike. Funny that at this moment I seriously disagree while a couple of years ago I would have agreed. Life is amusing either way, luckily. Remembering my Tuono 1000R is joyous, maybe in a couple of years I'll buy an RSV4. Or not, but RIDE, I SHALL!! Currently quite content on a R1200S and that S makes all the difference :-) Edit: watched twice from 6:08 and on. With elevated volume. The cat has left the room....

All of the Aprilia people about to lose their minds you running a pipe with no tune on it. You can get the Aprilia "race map" for free on the interwebs though. Would love to see what it runs with that installed.

I bought a new Tuono 1100 two years ago, but the question crosses my mind often why I didn't get the RSV4 RF they had a screaming deal on instead. Another $5k, but it would have looked the bollocks as you blokes say, haha. I love superbike, and moto GP, but I never ride on the track. Oh well.

@44teeth how do you manage to pass noise regs with this exhaust? I have the same bike and I’m hearing of people failing with the stock can! Other option is doing an overseas track but even Jerez and Le Mans are saying 102db and 105db limit
