Hi there :) in wich kind of shell you reached the 2000 psi? the angel, the skull or the devil ones? Thanks in advance for your answer, and thank you very much for your amazing videos :)
Hi Mak, First of all I finaly thank you for your amazing videos. I ordered the new version of APM50 which is with the new shells. Did you tested skull shells? Do you have any idea if the 2000 PSI limit is also aplyable for those shells? Thanks
WiseFreeman Of course talking about normal 850psi output. You get about 120 shots out of a paintball gun shooting at 12 joules mark with that 13ci tank, and so for a 6mm gun, it's a lot LESS air in each shot, and so it should be 2x or 3x the amount of shots, so 200 is a nice estimation for sure.
Hi Mak, I bought this rifle 3 months ago after watching your great review. May you please show us how you convert the Charger to connect to HPA tank, thanks.
Great! Nothing special, just remove the two halves and connect the top to the tank! :) I have did a lot of videos showing that too. See this one? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zqW3CRph7Es.html - remember the two halves are glued together or some loctite is there. Heat up the middle abit with a hair dryer and then twist the two halves apart using a channel lock and a vice grip to help.
MakHobby Thanks for your prompt reply. That's a very brilliant mod, a huge cost-saving for this rifle. May you please provide us the link of where you bought the 2 parts that were required in this mod & the hand-pump , thanks a lot!
WiseFreeman Um, you can have a tank that is regulated to whatever PSI you like, get those from drozdmax.com - and then you can buy the pump there too, which is the benjamin pump, and then buy a remote coiled hose kit from them as well which comes with the QD to ASA fitting that you will need. Bingo! :) For normal shooting, I suggest a 1200 or 1400psi output tank which is safe and also abit more powerful than Co2. You don't want to go too high like 1600 or even 1800psi because that will stress your o-rings a lot if you use it often, and it's not that healthy. I know the gun can fire up to 2100psi, but that's the MAX for the gun, and you don't want to max it all the time
MakHobby I'm not familiar with HPA tank parts, is this "Coiled Remote Hose" the only thing I need for your CO2 Charger-to-HPA setup? www.drozdmax.com/coiled-remote-hose.html# So all I need is just this coiled hose+HPA tank? Please kindly advise, great thanks!
WiseFreeman Oh no you also need this on off : www.archerairguns.com/QB78-Bulk-Fill-Kit-p/aabfk.htm You need ONE of the part in the kit, which is the bigger part. You screw that thing on the tank's top, then the ASA-QD from the coiled hose set in this thing, and the charger goes to the ASA male end.
