Mam ur teaching skills r super and r easy to understand... but 1 suggestion the examples ur saying r vry simple but in some exams the prblms on probability or any tpc u have covered r easy, medium, difficult and sometimes vry difficult.. so plzzzz make some examples on vry complicated prblms also, so that it will b vry helpful to us.. If any1 like the suggestion then hit a like or even make other comment so that they will do videos on complicated examples that have covered or from now they will change there style...

for atmost 2 green balls prob would be equivalent to: (1- probabilty of 3 green balls) for atleast 1 green ball, prob would be eqv to: (1- probability of 3 blue balls)

for type 6, an easier approach is to find the complement of at least 1 green which is 0 green... and then subtract this value from 1: 1 - pr(0 green) 1- pr(3 blue) 1 - 3C3/8C3 = 55/56

In that Question where there are 5 Green balls and 3 Blue balls and we have to pick 3 at random and find out the prob that 1 is green I think you have made a mistake. Because you have chosen 3C2 (I don't know how you are assuming that the rest of the balls will be blue only and not green). The correct method is thus, first we have to find the probability of a ball not being green. So Probability of 1 ball is Green = 1 - Prob (no ball is green). So to find Prob that no ball is green we would do = ( 3C3/8C3). So Prob that 1 ball is green will be = 1- (3C3/8C3)

Doubt on type 6: Why not (C(5,1)*C(7,2))/C(8,3). Atleast one is green so C(5,1), the other two can be anything out of the rest 7, so C(7,2). Please clear this doubt.

Hey ur atleast way is wrong because when I'm using that method in a ques I'm not getting the ans...because in similar type of ques when I'm taking the division part the ans which is coming is wrong...and without taking tha division part the ans which is coming is right....

I have a question for you maam, related to the GMAT. An urn contains 6 RED and 8 BLUE balls. 9 balls are drawn, what is the probability that at least 3 are blue? I tried your at least method, however the max for Blue is 3 and if one chooses 3 then the total balls picked does not add to 9. Kindly advise, thank you

For type6, an easier approach would be 1-P(none are green)=1-(3C3/8C3): same answer with lower parameters to calculate. similar logic applies to type7 as well. cheers
