Water aquatics is not just for seniors it can be for everyone we do some of these in our aquatic class I do mine five days a week 1 hr a day or 1hr 30 min depends 💚it’s so much fun Great for toning great exercise losing weight for young and old👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Love your videos and great ideas, but a small criticism please get rid of that awful music and use some decent aqua music instead as it is very annoying. x
Lynn England Thank you for your comment. Music has to be ppl licence free and allowed by RU-vid to be played. I am limited to what I can chose, it is aqua music but just for the background x
Which exercise are you referring to, there are lots of exercises in this workout. It is noodle specific as it says in the title, it adds a different fun dynamic focus point to the workout
Can someone please confirm that I have understood this workout correctly? Round 1: ski w/noodle 30 secs, 15 secs rest, noodle wiggle 30 secs then 15 min rest before repeating the unit x 3, then 30 secs break before next unit is done x 4. In total each round will take 6 minutes ((30s +15s +30s + 15s = 1.5 min) x 4), and with 30 s break between each round the whole workout is ~ 45 minutes. Is this correct?
I never realised that there were so many exercises you could do in the water, this will make my morning exercising at the pool less boring. I can’t wait to try them out on Monday morning thank you for sharing. 🤗

This is great, I am just starting to teach a low impact water aerobics class and am modifying this for my seniors. It's great amazing cardio & aerobic. Thanks for the help and I look forward to more.
Shawn Maple Thank you for your comment. I do this workout with my seniors and they love it as they can all work to their own level for the 30seconds. Some of them really rock the waves 🌊💧 Alternatively check out my ball workouts as they are great for seniors 🙂
Hi Anne, I would not recommend doing this workout if you are pregnant. Being in water in perfect and has huge benefits but doing a HIIT program is not good for your body when pregnant 🤰 x
I taught aqua fitness while pregnant up until a couple weeks of giving birth, which also included HIIT programs. As I do believe Hayley is correct to some degree, based on my experience and knowledge as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I think you can still do the activity but you may have to modify the moves or the duration (which may no longer make it a TRUE HIIT workout, but a good workout. nonetheless). If you've been exercising at this level throughout the duration of you pregnancy, then it would be appropriate, as long as you felt okay (shortness of breath, dizziness, able to maneuver around your belly, lol). This is not something you do because you just decided to do one day. If you are fairly early in your pregnancy, it may be something you can venture into now with progression in mind.
Hi, this workout is recommended only for those who are fit, healthy and injury free. I would not recommend for anyone who is recoverying from surgery or have an injury. Please see my videos on flexibility and mobility as well as the ball workout video's. They will give you more than his workout video 🙂
hello, i'll try to do a Hiit session this week. I will to ask you if i have understand good 1 block = 4x(30s intense + 15s relax) --> 3min and between each block you have 30s or maybe 45s relax ? So it's during around 24min30 to 26min15 I'll try 7 block to 3min30 (5x(30s intense + 15s relax), cause i have 3min30 music, hope it will not to hard :p Thanks for your answer
Hello, i forgot to say that's not for me, i'm a coach too, and ppl really like this training. Now they ask me to do this every week, i have to work to make new session with other materiel ^^ Thanks you, it make several month that i wished to understand this "hiit" session to transpose in aqua gym, so now i think i understand.
Hi Mary Anne, Its great that your centre has the white noodles, however for this particular workout there are some moves which maybe tough for your participants. For example - The wiggle or push and pull. With HITT based workouts they can work at their own ability and strengths, doing the best they can. So if they are slower because the noodle is heavier, I would be more than happy as long as that is their best 🙂 x

There are 2 exercises you repeat 4 x each alternating. Once you have done 30 seconds 8 times you then rest before starting the next 2 exercises which alternate. I hope that helps 🙂
@@HaylleyPittam So if im correct, that means exercise 1 for 30 seconds, 15 seconds rest, exercise 2 for 30 seconds, 15 seconds rest. And that repeating 4 times i guess for one round.
@@HaylleyPittam here in Goa India we get different sizes I'm 6' and want to use it to learn to tread water with only eggbeater kick ... do u suggest it the right aid to go? to
@@HaylleyPittam Thanks... i want to use this for learning egg beater with hands in air.. for lifeguard test in 5 days the rest of the tests i can pass.. but just having a problem with the hands in the air for treading
