Can add more resistance by wearing loop resistance bands at your thighs. I found i was able to move from medium to extra strong resistance in 3months. Hige difference in lower body toning and muscle growth.
Great job. I have been doing deep water aerobics for 8 years and it is such a great form of exercise. I love tabatta in the water also. Talk about heart exercise!
Love all of these exercises and add several different arm movements with the jacks and cross country, usually 30-45 seconds per movement depending on class demographics. Am in awe how much patrons love to be worked intensely regardless of age....all I ask is that they work at 110% of what they think they can do....and they surprise themselves with progress!
How do you remember all the moves as an instructor? I find it hard to give a session for an hour and try to remember 100 moves. Is it some kind of improv sometimes?
Most people can workout in the water every day. The benefits of water workouts allow faster recovery and less muscles soreness, although you may not be comfortable doing high intensity everyday.
I don't see how these are HIIT excersises. They do not look high intensity at all. The whole point of HIIT is going all out until you can't anymore then rest until you can go all out again.
