She then shared an incident where they met irl during a meeting and Korone greeted every senpai with the proper suffix but with Aqua, she just addressed her as "Aqua". 😅 Thus Aqua joking with the "senpai".

Not really. Korone knows better than viewers what is going on behind the scenes -- if someone has other Hololive or other duties keeping them from streaming as much, so it's more obviously a joke. Aqua might have been recording for partnerships, upcoming events, or have a side job of some kind that viewers wouldn't be aware of but Korone understands off-stream. Joking about "what have you been doing instead of streaming" is more of a viewer POV.
