Very impressive! Looking very prestine and professional 👌🏽. Living for these updates! Thanks for sharing from the ground up of produtction. Love that you'd be able to individually remove each betta container for convenience! Nice keep it up‼🔥🔥🔥
The tanks set up looks beautiful. In this setup since the drain pipe is the overflow pipe at the top, will the poop at the bottom gets cleaned up fully?
Hey guys, your room is VERY impressive! Any chance you could explain (or show) where the water from overflow goes once it falls through the white grid? Thanks!
You have the sump backwards. Flip sump for optimal performance... The out flow is suppose to go in to settling tank/ waist catchment filter on into another filter media than biological filter then into return pump...
Hey Julian, the sump is not backwards, we built our sump based off of Aquarium Co-Ops video. The outflow container has a sponge, and filter floss-> next container has filter floss and bio-> more filter floss and bio + phosphate sponge -> last container holding uv and pump.
Wow! Glad to have found your channel. Looks really good and I'm looking forward to future updates! One question though, why so little bio filter media in the sump for the betta rack? I would fill the whole section if I were you.
The whole rack is only 20 gallons, there's really no need for more than that, especially if we are doing weekly water changes and have additional additives to support it like purigen and phos pads!
Hey Tom, have you had any issues with your Betta system? We have one and consistently are having issues with loss. Water parameters always run super stable and fish do well for a week before crashing. Really odd. Curious if you have experienced the same or found a fix if you have. Cheers 🙏
I have been wanting to buy that aqua one Betta system for a long time but can only find it available for sale in Australia. Is that where you ordered yours from? How much was the shipping on that?
It's unfortunately only available for retail stores in Canada. But we got them from Pet Save. Maybe you can reach out to them and see if they will sell to you
Our rack came as a combo with a 350 GPH pump, but turns out it's really unnecessary and would recommend you probably go a lot lower between 100-200 is good enough.
