So I was working and had an epiphany out of left field, btw, I just watched a TL on Aqua roasting Pekora for the cold chicken before watching this. Pekora saying warm, sweet things are not delicious, made me think, did Pekora mean to make the chicken cold then? I know chicken isn't sweet, though I have made mine marinated in sweet chili thai sauce and oven baked and it's pretty good. Anyways, now I know who to share pineapple pizza with. Also, fresh baked, out of the oven, baked apple pie is really delicious, same as peach pie, hot fudge brownie (topped with ice cream), and more. I still have hope for her.

Pineapple on pizza has stopped being niche ages ago, the majority of Italian restaurants have it on their menu. It usually is within the top 5 in any country for most bought pizzas. Just enjoy what you enjoy. pizza is very versatile and can put different toppings on the same pizza. Everyone just grabs what they like.

I'm raised to see pineapple as a fruit. not as cooking ingredients. so any recipe that try to combine savoury food with sweet fruits somehow looks weird. I've try some of the combination like putting chocolate on curry to enhance the taste, putting salt on watermelon,and pineapple pizza...but my tongue can't taste the special"effects"after adding them.

It is not only baked pineapple, peaches too taste awful after baking and who knows what else, I'd rather not try. But I know a lot of people who enjoy it, so it again just boils down to preference.

Pineapple on pizza is delicious with the right toppings. People that hate it are just trying to be trendy, like people that claim to hate the word "moist" - a few people said it, then more jumped on the band wagon.
