Sustainable food production is highly encouraged in Namibia especially given the current economic challenges.
The improvement of aquaculture projects and inland fisheries development in the country is among ongoing programmes undertaken by the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources to increase fish production and ensure food security.
