Almost 2 year's over, still is it working condition good ??how much spend still now for service or maintainace and it is ture after 6000 water used automatic filtering off,now you have how much water uesed???please reply my doubt
In Aquaguard Aura the filter has to be changed every year or 6000 litres, it is controlled by a chip and you have to buy from Aquaguard only it cost approximatly Rupees 6000 sometimes the chip misreads and change the colour of LED earlier as well in some cases 6 months. As it is chip based you cannot service with thirdparty service providers. The filters are not covered in the warrenty. If you are lucky then you can run the machine for 12-16 months, otherwise please be prepared to spend money on the filters. thirdparty service providers deny servicing the machine. Take your decision wisely.
Is there anything which is not covered in warranty or amc ? Our local Eureka Forbes sellers are saying that this model is not good as there's a chip inside..
Hello,when you switch off the filter, it can't process filtered water. However, as it stores 7 ltr water, you can get water out of outlet if it has water in storage.

White filter ko pre filter kehte hai. Machine me pani jane se pehle first step filtration isi me hota hai. Han isko alag se purchase krna pdta hai jo ki aapki marzi hai kre ya na kre.

Hello, do saal se jyda ho chuke hai aur abhi bhi badiya chal Raha hai. Lagbhag 4500 ki AMC har saal Leni hoti hai jisme service aur warranty aati hai. 300 se jyada TDS ke liye ye sahi nhi hai. RO lo 300 se upar ke liye

Kya hum yeh copper mixed water se nimbu pani bana sakte hain? Kyunki bohot jaga pe likha hua hain ki copper mixed water mein nimbu milane se toxic ho jata hain..
It is your decision if you want pre filter or not. However I would say it is better to get pre filter because your pre filter will filter first and then filters inside machine will have to do less work.
Please do reply to my message. Can you please let me know if aquaguard ironil additional filter is required. The installation guy was pushing me for the purchase, i didn't go with his words. Did i take the right decision. He was charging me 2400/- for the same.
Hi, don't understand ironil? However, they can't push you for anything, you did right if you didn't purchase as it's your choice. It's just a selling technique.
Do you have any outlet in this Water Purifier where from the extra water goes out, as I have seen a lot of videos in which there is an outlet pipe attached to it as well (probably of blue colour). My unit doesn't have that, can you please confirm me about yours?
Hi i bought EF AURA on June 21 and the warranty expired on June 22 and in that warranty period I got 2 or 3 cleaning services. I haven't purchased amc yet so today my aura is blinking white light for the first time and I don't know what's the meaning of it? Never had a problem and never got any filters changed and TDS is also normal(80-120 approx). Should I buy amc now for Rs 3150 as I'll get new filter set, 2 regular service and repair of parts!
@@chanelysisi just checked online manual on EUREKA FORBES website, White light in uv uf shows end of filter and need to be replaced so I bought one year amc for 3150 just now. It will get my filter changed as well as 2 free service and free repair(if needed).
this mode will lock itself after 6000 liters even if the filters are in good condition, few people reported that it reached that limit in less than 8 months, I doubt its sensors calculation. is it still working for you with out of box filters?
Our well water tds is 260 after filtration tds of filtered water is increased to 330 Aquagaurd aura active copper 🙄 Is this normal to drink or I have to change this aquagaurd
Due to copper, it would add up in level of TDS, it happened in our case also. But ours increased only by 15-20. You should raise a complaint with Aquaguard and get it checked. Ask them for proper explanation. Also once you get it, share here please. Thanks Review Dekho
I purchased from amazon it's was delivered on 25 July today 30 July still not came for Installation, Call almost 10 times to customer care still no one came for Installation, Torturing company for Drinking water
It's been 5 months and no filter change till now, I think 1 time it will be done in warranty of 1 year, not sure. Till now 1 service done and no issue. Also, depends on water quality.
Hi Salman, there is no booster pump required. It will depend if you want to buy separate or not. We did not need it so we dint buy. Take your own decision.

If there is an issue with speed of flow then may be, but in normal scenarios it is not required. If the engineer advises to install it, ask for the logic and evidence of reason.
Hello I tried searching lots of RU-vid videos for actual review of this Filter but by far yours is the best. Thank you for your efforts in uploading the video. I wasn't going to comment but I saw that you reply to all of your comments. Thats why I am putting up my doubt. 1)How to you clean the water tank? Is it easy or difficult? How often you need to clean it? 2) I have heard at times that if you buy from Amazon then these companies service men do not provide the service unless you have purchasesd it from the official website. Did you face any such issue? Thank you in advance.
Thanks Nilesh, Your comments mean a lot. Please find below answers which you are looking for - 1. Cleaning water tank is easy, I never did it on my own. The service engineer comes in 4-5 months and empty the tank, then clean it with a cloth. After that we fill water in it and flush. That's it. 2. Amazon is just a platform to buy. Whole service responsibility is from Eureka Forbes and they are pretty good at it. So do not think twice about buying from a reputed platform. I can vouch for Amazon. Feel free to ask any other questions.

TDS 300 tak ke liye simple UV filtration water purifier sufficient hai. RO ki jarurat nahi hai. Jis brand ka badiya service hai aapke area me use purchase kare.
Decide on the basis of TDS, buy a TDS meter first, it will only cost around Rs.150. If TDS is above or around 500 then buy RO of your choice. Please do your own research as well.
You should go for a simple purifier which have UV eboiling. Aquaguard UV plus UF model shown in video would also work fine for tds 274. Request you to also do you own research and then decide.
