As a pharma company founder, I can assure you that one must use RO in India, irrespective of the TDS. There are so many other factors other then just TDS, for which you need to use RO. The fecal content, pesticides residue, heavy metal and antibiotics residue in tap water is 10x - 100x the permissible limit in India. Get your tap water tested in a high end lab for a thorough water analysis, costs abt Rs 10k. Forget drinking, you will not even wash your face with that water, it is so bad. TDS is not the only reason for using RO. Most of the municipal water supplied in our homes in not even potable (as per WHO defination)

I purchased UC Native M1 for rs 13K - it been around 1 month and its working well. Best thing was service - I live alone and for installation i could reschedule and choose exact time for the installation service from UC app. When I inquired the service guy - he said overall M1 is better than M2 - as M2 has a a lot of software related issue and bugs from time to time (required electricity to even pour water or you can buy extra battery pack provided by UC at an added cost.). Only drawback is the tap - it will block the stream of water for a seocnd when in comes down - and will splash few drops of water either on the plastic body or on the ground.(stupid design choice)

Have been using native m1 for over a year now. Got it for 11k when it was just launched under offer. Its been quite good so far. I would have gone for native m2, but issue with that model is that it won't work without electricity as there is no manual water dispenser, only automatic one which is a major drawback and the one which urban company engineers acknowledged. One complaint I have with the RO is that its water dispenser lever is bit flimsy and it can break easily if not careful. Though urban will get it replaced asap for free. Also note that you might need to pay extra 500rs if water pressure is too low (to install pressure booster), or too high ( to install pressure compensator). No other cost involved

The only problem with UC water purifier is the installation process in cities other than the ones where they have service centres. In other cities the installation process is carried out by a third party person and he'll take his own time to come. Otherwise the product is good.

I already bought UC Native M2 when M1 got 8 stage purification but M2 got 10 stage purification. Then I got M2 over M1. M2 is also good but now M1 also have 10 stage purification process. So pls bought M1 purifier over M2 bcz M2's issue has its touch panel. It is problematic over the years. They change it free of cost under AMC but when M1 is same & no tough panel problem, then we all have to bought M1. I share my thought as a M2 owner . UC is a very good company & quality of purifying water is so good after 1.5 years & no filter change at all. Same taste, like new. Only change in touch panel. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@@chandrika2014 It worth bcz both the same. & Touch panel is bit faulty some times . If you r in metro city or in a good place where uc service is good then it is okey that you can continue M2. Both the purifier have service charge means AMC 4500 after 2 yrs for next 2 yrs. So if touch panel fault then it will replace for free. So if it is not a big problem for you then It is good over M1. & It has also have one good feature that it connect through app & you can track its filter quality in app. But not in M1. So it is a strong point over M1. I use M2 1.5 yrs & now its touch panel fault in some times. Then I tried to change to M1 but nothing happen. I mailed UC but they didn't reply. One negative point of M2 is if electricity is not available then you can't get water from it. So you have to store some water for emergency neither use a inverter for home.

I bought hul pureit 7 l model on your recommendation in 15k within 10 month it stopped and have to replace gkk cost 4k again after 6 month today it is again blinking to replace gkk. Vm sir sabse pehle to thanks main fan hun aapka. Per aaj native lene ki soch raha tha . Isme 2 year warranty nahi balki 12000 ltr pani ya 2 year hai. Aapne kaha office main 30 sir hai. Jo ki shyad per day 3 ltr paani pite honge ya bottle karte honge yaani 3000 per month or 4 month hi pure ho jaate hai. Fir 4 ya maano 5 month baad membrane apan change karege it means 2 year main 3.4 baar to kya charge nhi lenge.

Hi, the best one is Lustral waters in Bangalore. One time pay of 10000 and then every 3 months they will replace cartiridge and replace device every 2 years. And from 2 nd year 200 per month membership for maintenance. Best one out here

Sir can you recommend Bluetooth portable player which can play usb type a or type c sandisk 3.2 gen pendrive, with mp3 and all other maximum music format. So i can play my personal music on my pendrive on my Bluetooth player by just inserting it into the type a or type c slot. Please reply sir

Good to know you live in Noida. I am also frustrated by the high amount of TDS water being supplied here. Thanks for the good comparison on RO although I was using local ro but now I will plan for the suggested Ro machine.

We cannot trust nowadays local as no one can see what's inside the filter. Not necessary as per product label and norms. We can just assume products are good if they are associated with some brand but cannot guarantee 100% as duplicates are also there in the market.

Hii sir my home water's TDS is 430-470 ppm. So which one should I buy? Is RO filter required or not because RO destroy all the minerals in the water and it will be only liquid which have no minerals and RO reduce tds to very low level which is also not good. So which one should I buy between Native M2, Livpure allura and Livpure liv-bolt?? Please reply to it 🙏🏻🙏🏻
