My Facebook friend Steven Dilligaf Hudson asked me to put an Aqualung acoustic video on RU-vid...here you are! Hope he likes it...and all of you too! Sorry for some mistakes in the lyrics at the end of the song! Enjoy!
Ian Anderson himself said in an interview that Tull's music was a challenge to play live with all of the time changes and complexities. And here is this wonderfully talented musician making it look like child's play. This acoustic version stands side by side with Tull's. Bravo!
Dude... for an italian you've actually managed to nail a tricky accented brit guys voice... 10/10 awesome cover!!!! doesn't sound too different from the original
It´s really, really hard to deliver the dramatics vs. subtleness in this song without other instruments and the tech to crunch it up, but to my amazement you managed to pull it off, Andrea with just one voice, one acoustic guitar - as simple as it gets. Resssspect.
Incredible how with a single guitar such a complex song can be played, I bet Andrea loves this song also, he transmits very neatly the song spirit, compliments !
awsome man. this is perfection and takes me back to the end of the seventies when i used to listen to this a lot. great song. thanks for sharing your talent.
I've probably watched this 10 times over the years. Every time I watch it, I'm as floored as the first time I saw it. Well done. Nah, scratch that, superbly done!
I landed on your cover of "Cheap Day return" first, which was INCREDIBLE, and now this... ! I have a feeling I'm going to spend a lot of time on your RU-vid channel ! ;)
Queria ver os outros vídeos, mas não consegui sair até ouvir a música toda! hehe. Very good! I was trying to watch the others videos, but I couldnt until I've watched this one until the end.
It's amazing how you combine Ian and Martins part all on one acoustic guitar. Sounds incredible! Couldn't be better! Nice to see you post another Tull video.
Ian Anderson has immortalized himself within his music and within the hearts of the fans of his music. It can only ever be played and performed his way. Anyone who wants to play it has to become Ian for a moment in time.
