Oh man,, this guy makes STUNNING tanks. Not too many people could do it with his perfection. Amazing. This is pretty intricate work for some but most can pull it off with effort. If anyone is into adding an overflow to a tank without drilling, they might see the crappy, crappy but useful vids by dr durso. Happy new year!

*good ideas, though I use cola bottles as the lid is specially made against pressure and you just need to put the connector on it.*

You can use yeast to make bread and cold rice and sugar If you don't see materials like mine Bread and sugar glaze will work immediately

Hello really an excellent clear and simple video since you are the creator of this system to generate CO2, in your opinion would it hold a pressure of 6/8 bar if you wanted to use bicarbonate and citric acid? thanks in advance for the reply hello from Italy

Good afternnon I have to say wonderfull!! Your filters and tanks are as good as the “profesional” one. I have a question. What is the presure you are getting if you have closed the co2 tank? Could i have it closed during the night and open during the day? I would like to control it with a solenoid valve. Thks

I think the electronic valve opening and closing will be difficult I usually close and open it manually Actually, I just want to make DIY clips for entertainment purposes I still use the Co2 tank and the electronic valve for my other aquariums Wish you a happy day my friend Look forward to your fish Share with me and everyone about your fish

😂mình làm bằng chai nước ngọt 1.5 lít, muốn nhiều thì nối 2 3 chai luôn Tuy k thẩm mỹ nhưng trình mình có thế thôi 😂 Góp ý bạn chủ video nên gắn cái van vặn điều chỉnh cho dễ, chứ lăn riết bị đè gãy ống, mình bị nổ mấy lần do dây chứ k phải do chai hehe 😂 Còn cái phần xả mình có coi rồi làm theo mấy người chế cốc sủi bằng ống chích với bông lọc thuốc lá, xả mịn lắm b

hey man I tried the same thing! but instead of making my own PVC cap, I used the Cleanout PVC Cap (Threaded Cap) but it keeps on leaking no matter how expensive O-Ring I use..... do you have solution of this?

Actually the Threaded Cap is very good I couldn't find it in the place where I lived You have to use the rubber pad inside you to see it in the lid of a soft drink bottle Your lid will be much better and more convenient than mine I really want a cap like yours but I can't find it Thank you very much Wish you a happy day my friend

Threaded caps will fail , and need to turn several times to open and close , even with an o ring that will leak .

nice idea on making the CO2 canister. my question, are you still using it until now ? is it not exploded ? since the pressure is high inside the tube.

My friend Actually, I use specialized equipment This video shows me making a custom made of hanmade items But it works perfectly fine and is not dangerous You can see that the syringe above it is the pressure relief valve when the pressure in the pipe is too high And in the video I use rubber wire, but if used in practice we should use syringe stainless steel and springs

I think you should find a better method to disscolve CO2 a diffuser or a reactor would be much more efficient. Is there any DIY solution you applied except adding to inlet of the filter?

Place the co2 hose into the inlet of a power head...this will smash the bubbles into a fine mist...the smaller the bubbles the better the absorption of co2.

Yes Actually there are many ways to create C02 In that clip are things in my country that are always available The glaze of bread and sugar creates an instant reaction to Co2 And cold rice and alcohol fermentation to have a Co2 reaction for a long time You can use it for about 2 weeks

I don't think this setup will hold citric acid and baking soda combination as the pressure would be may folds compared to fermentation. So I don't think this will hold.

Mình chỉ chế nghịch demo vậy thôi ^^ chứ nếu muốn sử dụng lâu dài như này thì phải dùng bơm tiêm sắt + lò so chứ cái dây kia thì không được Có điều trong Clip mình làm dây là ý là mình tăng lực vừa đủ cần thiết

What's the big syringe with rubber band on the cap use for? What do you called it?

You Sir have no idea how important co2 is for a planted aquarium!! Especially where the water is very hard and the carbonic acid lowers the softness and eventually the ph! Wow what a guy 🤭
