I've been there a couple of years ago. The point is, one has to jump into the unknown without knowing where one is going. It's the fool card, the 0. The person I was with at the time is much better off now too. Sometimes we forget that the other person might have better things coming for them as well. So by jumping, we not only free ourselves but them as well. Do it folks. I'm still single but happier than ever.

Yes. Just trust the process of honesty, it might be really hard. A couple of weeks ago I was given the opportunity to do something very hard yet amazing (for me, and ultimately him but he doesn't see that which is normal). Which led me to see the truth of another separate situation that I had a gut feeling of knowing, but very little tangible proof. The truth set me free. It's true. The truth shall set you free, unless you shackle yourself... something about shackles and dancing I have to go remember who sang it. ❤

Our shadow is the parts of us that we don't like and try to hide. How can we heal without facing us and the aspects we don't like. We have to have balance with all of our energies and that includes shadow work. Plus healing never ends because life will through us curve balls and if we're triggered by someone shadow work needs to be done

I think that could be a detrimental mindset and I can’t imagine any “channel” saying that. Shadow work allows for deeper empathy and compassion for ourselves and for others and the world around us (unless you let it consume you, that is.) It allows for deep self-reflection, slowing down, and specific growing that can only come from the dark. There has to be a balance of light and dark. One cannot exist without the other and one is never not there. Plus everyone’s always at different places in their life, so some might not need to do as much shadow work as others and new life experiences can also occur making one have to do shadow work again. It never stops and the moment we think it does, things can get toxic, stagnant, or imbalanced.

Dear your reading makes sense to me with my past story which happened seventeen years ago.
