I have passed the 40 hour mark for my pencil giant, "Aquatica Nautica" epic. So I'm taking a moment to show what has been added and the underlying story behind a lot of the elements I'm including. Thank you for checking out these non-edited, go with the flow style update on the piece! =]

I am so impressed by your artwork. The sheer scale of this piece, using pencil, and I am excited by what I see at the "40 hour mark". My big hope is that somehow the finished piece might be offered for sale in its large size? A printed copy like the smaller size prints I have bought on your Etsy store. I love your art, the richness, the details, the lush flow in this piece already. I have an urge to color it! I would buy 2 copies, 1 to keep and frame as is, and 1 to color. I have already confessed to you this urge when I found your art store and purchased many prints. The subject matter of Undersea worlds is my favorite fantasy world, so thrilled to find out your are creating this. And, I hope that I am not offending you by saying that I want to color it!

Wow does not articulate my awe! I’m very excited to see this come together… I hope you offer prints when it’s done, I’d buy a print for sure. (To scale would be my preference!) You could rest the canvas against a wall, put something heavy in front and in back at the bottom to hold it at whatever angle you’re comfortable with. Even put it on a table against a wall to work the lower area. Your art is so inspiring! I have always drawn in pencil, it’s what I’m most comfortable working in, and I’ve always wanted to do a giant piece with lots of details (not quite this extreme lol) but the amount of time required has always discouraged me. After seeing this I’m feeling more eager to try it out, it looks like it would be so worth it!

Great artwork. I like having a number of boards (different sizes to fit paper sizes) to tape my work to so that I can turn and manipulate it Getting a good board to draw on could really help you.

That may be a good idea! I know it will start to be difficult once I have to go more towards the middle! Hopefully this idea will work out!

I've been following your work for a while now and love practically every piece. BUT TIM, this is so amazing. This has the potential to be a showcase piece and like something that should maybe belong in a museum one day! The wait to view the finished piece will be well worth it 💗

On the bottom of the abyss section you definitely need some deep sea creatures like angler fish, isopods maybe a multi-eyed megalodon, and a Hydra.

Hi! You could try to stick the paper to the wall to draw the middle section so it doesn't wobble

Holy Moly. So that will be a 1000hour piece? :D its rly great to see the process behind it!! this will be an absolutely inredible one of a kind piece when its done. Very hyped for the final reaveal in a few months^^ One question: Do u alrdy know how the rest of the piece will look like? Do u have a sketch so that u know what u will draw next? or is it just intuition that decides what will be drawn? have a very great day!!!!

Wow! Follow you on instagram, just found your youtube channel.. :) your art is amazing! Perhaps you can try to use carefully fixative for the finished areas when you get in the middle of your drawing? Im sure you will find a good solution.
