Hey, just got one of these bad boys but I'm noticing a significant blurring and a sort of chromatic aberration happening on the screen (the best I can describe it is if I've taken my glasses off, and when I look back to my normal monitor I've put my glasses back on). I've tried to get in touch with support but it's hard to show the issue through photos and whatnot. I'm wondering if this is something you've noticed as well? Do I have a faulty screen/product and need to replace it? It seems so blurry compared to the Cintiq pro 24. Would love your thoughts, because it looks nice and crisp here in the video but it's hard to see the effect over video/photo. Cheers, awesome work! :)
Fun fact: you actually own Mateusz Urbanowicz’s first and third art books. His second one is called Tokyo at Night, and as the title implies, is entirely water colors of Tokyo at night. He’s also got some digital only art books you can find on his website. And he has own RU-vid channel! You should give it a look, it’s great
I’ve been working with pen tablets for more than a decade and I was intrigued by the xencelabs tablet until I saw the use of USB-A dongle for wireless connection. I’ll stay with what I’m used to and doesn’t need dongles.
Love watching these and seeing tons of cool new art books I haven't heard of. Was pleasantly surprised to see your glowing review of Mon - had the same experience when I first found it, what an absolute masterpiece. Also find it interesting that you're getting into Tarot - I recently got into Tarot as well because each deck can be so unique and is almost like an artbook! Would love a "my favorite Tarot decks" video some day. Some cool ones I have found are any of the decks by Matthew Pazzol (psychedelic), Red Raven Tarot by Luong Vu Anh Duy, and the Diablo tarot deck from Blizzard.
This is an outstanding video! I’m impressed that you managed to cover such a wide range of visual subject matter. Calling out less of the usual suspects was also very refreshing. Thank you for posting!
Yes please. Do more of that💎😊 you are extremely skilled artist and so nice and friendly🥹 congratulations for being who you are👏☺️ and its super fun and educative to see the process of your work👍👍👍
you pronounced Urbanowicz correctly but Ghibli incorrectly :D (Dzibli, Nauszika...) PS: why do you say "they" when speaking about different artists ? I'm pretty sure about few of them they're not identifying themselves as them, so you're misgendering them. not that it matters but it makes you not a cool person :) anyway, thanks for the video.
Creating a really coherent and consistent portfolio is kinda challenging though, if you really want specific results, then animating those results to create scenarios, i think it’s simply a new niche, it doesn’t cancel classic art, it’s just a new dimension of imagination.
This is so beautiful! I am new to gold leafing and can appreciate the time it takes to do the detailed areas. I just learned that the glue can be tinted so it’s easier to see. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work and process. ❤
