I was literally talking about nakedness yesterday!! With regards to this question --- "WHO ARE YOU? Try answering without name, job, things you've done" --- this was a question I saw years ago, and life is teaching me the answers. Who are we when we start losing layers that defined us for so long? Layers like houses, jobs, degrees, achievements, marriages, status... Thank you Arab dad 😎❤️ for your eloquence, and your respectful attitude towards nakedness. 😊 Cough remedies for whoever doesnt want prescription meds: I once had a dry cough that wasn't going away, and a colleague suggested drinking turmeric in hot water - it worked like a charm!! (effectiveness might depend on the type of cough...but turmeric is a superfood) I also find dairy-free chocolate helps coz of the compounds in cocoa or cacao - the darker the better. And citrus fruits coz they've got the Vit C. There's nothing like avoiding stress and getting lots of rest too. Often, the body heals itself beautifully. ❤
