Delicious, can you tell me, The Paste with Ginger & Garlic, is that Butter, used for Paste..? Aso, What is Lady Fingers, & Arabian, Masala, I'm sure I'd have to go to An Arabic store for these items, an excellent, dish of food..
Ginger and garlic is just a paste made from them, no butter is added. Lady finger is also known as okra. Arabian masala : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B5qP96Dxq50.html
Thank u very much for the recipe.. I really thought it would be different than i used to know (*Indonesia), but exactly close enough, except ocra/lady fingers & dry lemon (*we here replace it with lime leafs).. Anyway, i wanna try to cook this & pita breads for my brother, he loves these after his duty in Sudan.

Quick question. Is Arabic curries a new/recent thing inspired from South Asian Curries? Or has it been around for ages but actually has a different name in Arabic. For example in Iran, they are Khoresht but some people call it Iranian Curry when it isnt actually the same thing. So would this be the same case for Arabic Curries?

I'm of African, Arab descent, and a little French to be exact I'm part Sudanese. I love Arabic food it's very healthy and good. I also like African and Carribean food as well
@@nakajubijauharah6976 I understand but I took a DNA test and I have a small percentage of Arab/Middle Eastern Heritage. I'm true to all of me. Just like I'm mostly African. I also have small percentages of Arab and European heritage. Why deny it even if it's from slavery.
Hi mam I'm watching you're video....I'm just curious mam....bout for chicken curry that you made it.....what is the difference chicken curry to chicken saloona?
It's really good. Taste a little like chicken tikka masala but not greasy (no yogurt or cream). Going to be my favorite diet food. Thank you for sharing
