In major cases if a Emergency Action Notification was issued for the United states, It will follow with a Termination alert, or will follow with a Administrative message or Civil Emergency Message in most rare cases. Mostly in the us, we dont typically use EAN, rather the goverment will send a Civil Danger Warning in a lot of cases. There has to be a serious threat for a EAN, or a Civil Danger Warning being issued anyway

DJ AUDIO1 It’s probably been updated since 1991 considering the American Emrgency Broadcast System was upgraded to the Emergency Alert System, but to what extent for the Saudi Arabian counterpart is beyond my knowledge.
