The International Criminal Courts will take King Carlos in for War Crimes, not the Spanish Government since the Spanish Government is like Israel and USA, they think they are untouchable by International Laws created by both the United Nations Human Rights and International Criminal Courts.
@@noaha5484 anyone in government for the last 600 years in Europe and America, even though America is less then 250 years old, have only cared about 3 things, money, wars and resources. The West never cared once for True Democracy and Freedom for all or else USA would not be more divided then the world itself since Russia and China are making more allies then USA ever has in its own history. USA is a joke, always will be like the West itself.
