June 12, 2016. Araw ng Kalayaan, the "Day of Freedom". The immigrants from the Philippines gather in Parco delle Valli in Rome, Italy, to celebrate the Independence Day. The association Piuculture sends a young journalist who is taking part in the project "Infomigranti", an online newspaper, to follow the event.
The huge park is full of stands of businesses and non-profit organizations and there's a big stage on which the official moments take place, but also traditional dance and music performances. An important moment is the parade, in which emerge the group of the supporters of Rodrigo Duterte, the future president.
