Hopefully those are Sanwa components on that replacement panel. Very nice proper stick handle, knobs are a joke. That PI can't play everything, but it has insanely high compatibility abilities. You could literally add and/or subtract tens of thousands of games. Great move my guy!
I modded my machines a couple years ago. I used arcade mod up and it came with nearly 7k games. But yea, using these machines stock is cool if you are really into a specific game. Me personally, I wanted my kids to know about retro gaming and have that oldschool arcade experience. So for me it was absolutely worth it. I am curious on why ArcadeModUp's kits now only have 3000 games. It seems like a bigger selling point to have 6800 or whatever their kit was coming with prior. It does suck that Killer Instinct (arcade version) still doesnt run smooth! Total shame. Been considering getting the arcade 1 up version of it just to have that game alone.

I wish you showed how you installed everything inside the back. Thats what got me worried because Im derpy as hell and want to see how easy it is to do. I just got a Marvel VS Capcom 2 cabinet and in the future Id like to add more games this way, especially if its pre installed like yours. Ive seen other videos where it was a hassle for people , drilling into the cabinet to make new holes etc.
How many games did that give you? I was just going to order the Dual joystick and buttons and everything in a preloaded game configuration that's supposed to plug into your TV but I was going to build an arcade around it with a TV as my monitor and have 3000 games in a arcade style just like you got it only cost about $350 bucks I just don't know if I can do as good a job building the cabinet

@@RileyTheMonster299 Please buy from the people Jack linked you to. You will actually get your monies worth. A LOT of those prebuilt dual joysticks are very bad quality overall. Shotty materials with rough edges and terrible os setups. Jack found the hookup for quality. I hope your son enjoys your efforts.

Jack I have nothing but love for both you and Carla, and I've def said this before to you, but with all the cool toys you have you two have the perfect property to raise a few kid's plus all the free labor kid's bring... Have you thought about adoption if you can't have children? A few ten year old's would really enjoy breaking most of your cool toys one day. Think of all the cool info you could pass down bc one day our children will be the future and this world could use a few Jack jr's in it. Just a thought brotha!!
I recently got my kit as well, I'd like to add more games to MAME, like Centipede, but the instructions say the SD card will get corrupted if inserted into a PC?

Does the arcade1up arcade cabinet use real quarters? Or is it free all the time? Does it Also have key lock function? And is there a way to put the new pandora dx on it?
Arcademodup is a total joke compared to all others . The work is total crap . Does not fit well and the sides are open . So cheap and just bad work . Avoid
