Just came across your channel buddy and it's AWESOME MAN. I'm a huge fanatic of video games and pins from the 1970's -1990's. I'm thrilled that you guys who can support this hobby are. I would if I had the space and money but at the present time just can't. right now. I was in the arcade every chance I got when I was just a teenager and now i'm in my 50's and still ADORE these games as I did when I was young. I subscribed to your channel and will be coming back for lots more of viewer coverage of your fantastic hobby. These games just make me happy what can I say. Game on bud !!!! JC from New Castle, DE
No doubt my friend. For now that's how I feel about MAME on my computer. I was a late bloomer finding out about video emulation of these beautiful works of art. "Like 2012 - ha-ha. But of course Jeff would enjoy playing on a regular arcade video cabinet but for now am settled with what I have to play these games on. Oh well one day perhaps. And I agree Arcade Jason is the Sh... *t at fixing these games He is the master. ha-ha. Enjoy his vid's here as well yes I subscribed to his channel. And a few others i'm sure you're aware of. TNT Amusements John's Arcade just to name a few. Rock on Jeff.
Great channel; great arcade! Played the hell out of Arkanoid at the Chaparral on Lackland AFB in '87. The blaster power-up was just soooo satisfying! Epic collection, my dude!
Nice Arcade...I remember playing a lot of those games in the early 80's when I was a teenager. I'm thinking of making a Hyperspin cabinet one of these days.
Great tour video again! I´ve been obsessed with these kind of videos lately ´cause i´m building my own "barcade"/ cinema now. I got a lot of good ideas from this thanks and rock on!
Same! Shoot least you have the space you already do. You have some great land space it looks like as well. If we had basements here in Tx I would be happy..... Until then My office and garage will have to do. Next house I buy will have to have a huge game room just for this damn hobby lol
There is nothing wrong with update with Jrok-boards. You must buy them as long as the are available as you never know when they are discontinued. With a big lineup of games you are happy with every game that is bulletproof!
I am going with 2 Mylstars for my Q*bert and Reactor and all my Williams will get the JROK. Like your channel a lot, keep it going. I look for more home-arcade-videos for personal inspiration.....you only feature high-end homearcades!
It's common on Williams games that if you are drawing too much power from your outlets and No Fear pin isn't getting enough voltage it will reset when drawing power when you use both flippers (or go into multiball). You need to try plugging it into a power dedicated outlet that isn't drawing so much power for other games. Turn off all the other games in the room and then test if you get the same reset problem. If not THEN try replacing the power supply. Had same issue with my White Water Pin. Adding another 20amp circuit fixed the problem.
Thanks. Yeah. I love my White Water. Glad I picked it up when I did early last year. They have been really going up in price and very hard to find esp with a working topper. Love your game room btw. Freaking awesome set up. Very cool.
great collection of games! the video, your voice, the editing, just excellent. wheres your defender?! mmm... ok. i hope you can help me. i have the ultimate arcade geek question. in the 1984 movie terminator (not terminator II!) theres a scene when sarah connor and kyle reese are going to a hotel, they walked on by a closed arcade. (a minute or so before the love scene) you can see the side artwork of an arcade game, very similar to space duel, but different... what is that game?! please!
Diego, that is a good question?!!! I haven't seen the Original Terminator in a long time. Might be a Black Widow or Gravitar?! Okay now I need to re-watch that.
Nice collection of games! Do you plan on decoraating the walls? They have posters and arcade related items on ebay, I have my small game room decorated in a 50s theme. It adds to building to your collection esp when one runs out of room. :-D
the control panel overlay's, Are they made in a flat sheet and you have to bend it? And if you are bending them, are you cold bending them? or if not, do you use a heat gun? Also, would a heat gun help in that so that way it would not get cracking on the bendy part? In regards to your basement flood, I am very sorry that happened to you and I have my computer which I am watching this video under a pipe that goes out to the back faucet of the house for the garden hose, it's broken right now, So, I might will be looking at mothballing this computer in the future some time until that could be fixed. But money is hard to come by right now. Also be wary of any of your son's girlfriends in the future that may be named Beru. And hope that he doesn't get a nephew named Luke. (Gads I'm such a frigging nerd. But I can't help it, I love the nerd/geek life.) B-)
Love the channel. Video is fantastic. I'm not sure if you are using an audio program when rendering these videos but your voice is always begging out. Rattles the speaker on my iPhone.
