Christ, I can't believe I did this, this is one of those bosses that is so cheap, so overpowered, so broken that you have to have RNGesus on your side to win. Here is all that Parace can do to you:
Combo you for 50% off of anything
nullify all damage with her extend force in certain situations
teleport anywhere freely safely in a way that cannot be punished
use frame 1 supers beating anything you do unless you're already blocking
ranged command grabs
natural health regen
using super for extra health regen that is nearly impossible to stop
magnetize effect(extremely rare, only seen once)
a 4 hit attack that poisons, inverts directionals, slows you down, and assigns different functions for your buttons. You are essentially a sitting duck and risk walking forward into another attack once the directional reversal effect wears off.
Insanely fast high/low game that cannot be reliably reacted do, which is why jumping away so you can't get hit low on the ground is the best thing to do most of the time, even though she has several air unblockables she will use too.
And most of all, super fast burst and arcana meter regen. She will burst after 1 hit, rarely after 2 and most likely 3 or more once she has the opportunity so you are forced to hit hard and go almost straight into supers.
And yes, this took me weeks of trying on and off and continued god knows how many times.
