Did this randomly in part of an epic streak of clears done within a short period of time. To reach this hidden stage 8 boss, you have to have 6 Skybound Art wins (SBA and SSBA both count) and no losses before stage 7. Once you reach stage 8, the difficulty is automatically bumped up two difficulty levels from what you had selected in the previous round, you won't be able to see and confirm this until the win/loss results screen. You cannot continue at all if you lose to Lucilius once you reach him so good luck if you do reach him.
