I got a good theory that the chains that surpress the power of zeedmillieniumon where placed by no other than alphamon in a effort to seal his power. This theory is probably not that wrong because the chains are the same colour as the spells casted by alphamon, and the purpose of alphamon itself is self explanatory because he exists as a last resource when the situation is a lost cause, and zeedmillieniumon is a living lost cause

Gaiamon has the potential to be the strongest Digimon to exist… but there’s no proof of that. In fact, we don’t know if it even exists. It’s just a concept because it’s never existed before Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode in theory has Zeed’s data within it as well, of course it would be stronger. (I say in theory cause Superior Mode is stated to have fused every Digimon in the Digital World… but, if that’s even possible, how didn’t it fuse with MegaDarknessBagramon)

If Pokemon did that their case would be thrown out. Would be fitting, a company did try to sue Pokemon for being too similar to a franchise that predates it, Monster in my Pocket, but that didn't go through. I think it would be a much closer battle than you think. The Arceus you saw with Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina was extremely weakened. Arceus has 1,000 hands to use and is the God of Creation. It could go either way but I’m leaning towards Zeed.
