ArcGISPro - Extract Start/End from Railway Network and Update with Slope

In this ArcGIS Pro video, I overlay a clipped OpenStreetMap Railway network in Austria on to the slope raster created by a previous session.
Using Feature Vertices To Points (Data Management), I extract the Start and End point of that sample railway network.
I then use Extract by Points (Spatial Analyst) to write the underlying slope cell value to a table
Then I identify the highest cell value (steep area!) and use Select by Attributes to zoom to that location
Note the SRTM data has an approx 30m accuracy.
