Front row video I took of Arch Enemy performing “Handshake with Hell” at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona I own no rights to this song. All rights to this song belong to Arch Enemy.
Her Presence in stage is phenomenal, the way she sings, the way she moves, her vocals are all on point, the band is amazing, Alissa and her band are in an entirely different level.
I would still doubt _this_ performance because at two points in this video the microphone was not even near her mouth and still everything clearly audible.
@@pipefield4581 more than you thats for sure, because Im working in this business. Remember, the falloff in sound intensity is increasing with distance, every doubleing of distance equals 6dB, gain cannot compensate if the mic is 1m away, and even 20cm is too far away (just look at the beginning of her entrance and some part in the middle). A singer is obliged to hold a specific position with the mic otherwise it wont work.
The little alissa becomes in a juggernout on the stages, i can't wait to see them live more times, the newest three songs released even now are fucking awesome
No comment is mentioning her twirl of the mic. that was very impressive. her vocals as always are on point and shes probably the best female metal vocalist I've heard. Angela taught her well.
This woman has the ability to create a sound between a crowling witch and the voice of a great sounding Metal Queen, the other guys of the band create a metal sound that crosses over, between every style of Metal Music. Absolutly Unique....
It flat out amazes me how Alissa can switch between her growl/scream voice and her beautiful clean voice and have the range that she has with her clean voice. Alissa's regimen to take care of her voice must be killer. I didn't know that Arch Enemy was here in the states right now very cool. I hope that they and their fans that get to attend they're shows have a blast. Thank you very much for sharing this with us. Have fun take care
Same here. Don't usually do death metal, but this group are a cut above the rest. Musically they are awesome. Riffs are great and two lead guitarists, plus singer now that can do both gruff and clean in one song. The versatility is unbelievable. You can tell what groups influenced them as well. I for one hope they go on for many more years to come.
This beats the hell out of the 'professional' recordings with the nauseating rapid cuts and shifts from a billion different angles, close-up and cut, bouncy nonsense. Crystal clear and good audio.
Yeah, the Floor voice lessons have even paid off oh my god that switch is so good and her voice is just yes live it's way more impressive than the singing part. Her tone has improved so much from when I first found her opening for Arch Enemy at a small club in 2008 they were the Canada-based band that toured on the Canadian tour.
Well, an effing smartphone!!!! Alissa looks great as ever, her voice is simply one of the most awesome in metal, all stringers are GODS, and the drummer is so exact and on perfectly point. Definitely one of the best metal band nowadays.
Great video. Haven't seen Arch Enemy live with Alyssa yet, hope to some day have a chance if they come to Ireland. I did see them twice with Angela when I was in the Netherlands during one of their tours, and I remember that their show is definitely worth going to.
Hope they give jeff loomis more moments to shine. He's really good in nevermore. But other than that, sick song. And AE will always be one of my favs. Love Alissa
The Marque is about an hour from me been there many times Thanks for the killer footage for those who didn't get to go I didn't even know they were going to be there
Hi Erynn, i dont know if you will see this but I was hoping you can help me out. I was wondering what do you do when you upload a video and RU-vid copyrights it but its your live concert video. Thank you for your help
