Hmmm- research says otherwise- or you have to put a dangerous amount of force to BREAK the jaw with implants or do a surgery- either way tis is a risky and dangerous surgery with risks that include death and hemorrhage. You have to be very careful that these are only being placed by oral surgeons and monitored by them too.

@@Straightsmilesolutions a sarpe is safe imo, a double jaw surgery has a lot of risks but encouraged to do it at a young age if you have a serious overbite or underbite..some people just need a top jaw surgery if they have no crossbite

@@alexl2371 yes of course- I just don't teach surgery cases because my channel is for general and pediatric dentists an IMPO, they have no business doing these cases, sorry

Oh John Mew!!! He's awesome!! It's a bit "hippie dippie" but I agree with the fundamentals for sure. I respect Dr. Mew Junior and Senior immensely and they aren't wrong. I've never been trained by them but their fundamentals are truthful and don't get the respect they deserve

I am also doing my research I have been watching your videos about expansion, teeth tipping vs skeletal and I've also been watching videos of mike mew

sorry if you watch the video you can see I don't believe in big expansion in adults- you'll want an orthodontist locally to evaluate you. There's a lot of risks. Surgery is usually safer. if you need a lot@@inksword6029
