Awesome arches and waterfalls Adam! We also really enjoyed arch hunting at RRG this past weekend...thanks for the info you provided :) Maybe we can meet up next time we come down. We ended up finding Ledford and Stargap and also visited Hansons and Double Arch. I just love how everything looks when the leaves are gone.
7 arches! No wonder you're a little sweaty at the end of the video. It wasn't hodge-podgey at all, and I totally get why you don't disclose the locations. I don't get the urge to spray paint a name or curse word or an expression of love for some other person on a wall, let alone in nature. Stupid. Thanks for sharing your adventure and reminding me that there's so much of my home state I've yet to explore.
Argh, idiots and their graffiti. Nice exploration day Adam. Looked like a gorgeous day for it. Glad I caught up with this one. It was on my "watch later" queue taunting me. 😂 I've never seen horses in that area. Is it common?
As ugly as the spray painting is, at least it is more temporary than carving the rock. I didn't realize there were that many arches in or near Cumberland Falls area. I assume none of those were on private land?
So what makes an arch "unofficial"? Those pretty much looked like arches! That graffiti... Man that makes me mad. Good adventure, felt like we were searching with you.
