Hey Armin! I was wondering if you could do a video on the different designs/kinds of horsebows there are. I'd love to learn more about them or at least have a quick overview. Like what a crab bow is and it design type or scynthian design. Would much appreciate this :)
i would be interested to know the differences in efficiency and speed of bows and the effect they have on shooting and arrow spine depending on shape of the limbs, siyah, handle shape etc. i have been reading a book about turkish bows and i remember it saying the ottoman bow is the most efficient biocomposite bow shape it would make sense looking at their flight shooting records that remain unbroken after 400+ years. but i really like the handle design and shape of korean bows and have never shoot one would be interesting to see a speed comparison of these 2 designs both seem to be touted online and in books as being the best bows ever made.
Well done Armin, excellent review as usual! I really need to come back to Malta (beautiful country) and meet tou, follow your teaching... and buy fantastic bows. 😎
Hi Armin I hear you say about breathing and grounding, could you post a video about this. I am new to thumb draw, but would like to learn "empty mind' for meditation/shooting also.
Bearing in mind how easy looks the 30lb weight draw... would a 40lb or even a 45lb a good /better option for a faster/powerful bow? Thanks a lot for your fantastic reviews
Hi Armin :-) bin watching your videoes all weekend and must say i´m very impressed. I am a newbie within archery shooting and my plan is to shoot from the horseback ( got the horse). I just ordered the Fox bow Length: 50" Draw weight: 25-40 lbs. But this world is still brand new to me and alot of technic i need to learn and the arrow stuff i have no idea what kind of arrows to use, exept i want to shoot with carbon and real feather. Have looked a bit on the arow Gold tip warrior, but what spine and grain can you recomend to choose? Best regards and thanks for youre amazing videos :-)
In 2021 the 52" version is more like 190€ when you include shipping. Do you feel like it's still worth the price? I'm looking to buy my first "horsebow", anyone here that would chose this over the usual suspects such as flagella dei scythian or oak ridge sada?
