🌸I usually hit the “LIKE” icon even before I watch a Local Project video - because I usually end up LOVING the content. The exterior architecture and interior space is always clean, tranquil, timeless. As one client says: it’s exactly what I wanted and everything I didn’t know I needed.” Thank you! 🌸
Not sure what 80's memories he has. I don't remember the architecture being that great! LOL I get more 50's, 60's vibe from this house. It's very cool, sophisticated, and unpretentious. The use of tile and wood throughout the home is perfection. The marble is beautiful in a subtle way. Gorgeous landscaping. Would love to have this home to escape from world each day. Fabulous creativity.
I love love love this project so much. The different use of material inside and this kitchen. Very beautiful love it. And the editing is so good ......
Love seeing an open carport as opposed to the ubiquitous basement garage for a change. It adds so much intrigue to the facade, which is already incredibly strong imo.
This architect is honest and designs with his understanding of materials and technical knowledge. Really no need for theoretical nonsense, just do the work.
Hi! How are you? The rainy season in Korea/Seoul stopped for a while yesterday and today, and there was a heat wave all day. However, there is a weather forecast that the rainy season will start again tomorrow. I wish you good health and good things for the rest of the week. Thank you very much.
Is anyone subscribed to the magazine? I’m in Europe but I definitely want to subscribe. The videos and descriptions are just stunning; The magazine must be stunning as well! Can anyone confirm?
Notes: Like interior light wood: 0:32-0:42 (with open spacing + natural light), ***@2:11***... to 2:17/18, like 2:35, but looks a bit funny, **2:36-2:39**, 4:35 (deck) and *4:39*; v. dark interior brick is dope: intro and esp. 2:29, 2:44-2:50; Grey/white exterior @1:40-1:45.... Otherwise, nah to exterior; ***2:54 is insane***, continue on to 3:09; ****3:52**: excellent pavilion/courtyard idea** with 4:03.
Usually I love the designs of homes but the front outside of this home really screams penitentiary 😂 looks like the owner fantasized of living in jail.
If you are interested in architectural projects, you can watch the videos where I review the projects. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pHDrnQwxgZ8.html
I really want to enjoy the video and enjoy so many of the other ones but I honestly can't even remember a word the guy said or anything of interest of the house. Some of the edits are so corny and distracting. Sometimes they feel very "RU-vid esqe" with cheap transitions and poor music choice instead of something that feels artistic and in line with the architects and interior designers. Not trying to get anyone fired but this edit and a few others just stick out like a sore thumb.
I'm just not seeing anything special. Matching color tones, as well as popping one off, is interior decoration, not architecture. I'm sure they renovated the house to their tastes and are happy, so good for them. I would say though that concrete is still the ugliest building material and makes everyone unhappy, especially if you expose it to the curb.
@@jolpha Disagreeing with what I wrote would mean that you think matching color tones is a special part of architecture, and that naked concrete to-be-deteriorated by weather is not the ugliest building material. I'm sure you agree with me that renovating the house to their tastes is good for them and that they're happy.
