All houses should be designed according to: 1. Users needs 2. Site conditions 3. Weather conditions 4. Sun's direction 5. Budget 6. Function Architects should think this way and Bahay na Brutal is a perfect example of how to apply the above stated principles.

Agree. Nakaka pangit ang grills but essential talaga for security lalo pag wala ka sa exclusive subd. Anyway may mga magandang grill designs naman, search lang sa Google. Maganda si bahay na brutal. ang challenge lang sa grills pag may sunog naman. I'm guessing the owner will want to consider other security measures to secure this house. Kung ako. lalagyan ko na lang ng hi-tech na mga CCTV or motion sensor yah hehe.

Arch Ed namangha nga ako sa bahay na ito. It's so refreshing to see a design like this one...sa Pilipinas. Pero sa abroad may mga featured pa na industrial /brute houses. it serves as a blank canvass/ walang clutter sa walls.
jalusi din po ang munting bahay ko , at since nasa pinas tayo, yes po! malamok. & kahit pa hindi malamok sa lugar ninyo, once makaranas ka ng dengue sa iyong mga anak po kahit isang beses lang... i bet lahat ng anti-lamok measures including window screens ay gagawin nyo na. ps. napaka-ganda ng design ni archi ed. i respect his & the owners' preferences :)
Natuwa ako archi..sa window cleaning demo.. oa na yung react sa mahirap linisin ang jalousie..sa tamad siguro..i grew..from ancestral jalousie lahat bahay nmin and ill carry on. Ty sa concept of using tempered glass! Salut archi,growing stronger ❤

Maganda po ang Jalousie, ako nga kaya po ako napunta sa channel nyo dahil naghahanap ako ng Jalousie window dahil un ang gusto ko sa Future house namin. Sir ano po pala quality ung blockout art work na nasa jalousie na bintana? San po nabibili yun?
@@ArchitectEd2021 meron po kaya sa wilcon? Maganda nga po ang jalousie kasi iba na ang panahon ngaun. Grabe na po ang init. Kaya ang gusto ko bintana po ay open lahat at pasok ang hangin at natural light. Sana next po is ung mga casement type naman kung ano ba mga pros and cons ng ibang bintana.
Sir ok ba ang EPS or SRC panel as walls. Di po ba magkaroon ng problema kung maulan gaya sa atin. Di po ba sya mag leak o tumagas ang tubig ulan kung matagalan ang ulan?
