Studying Architectural Design at Forsyth Technical Community College, and the topic of architects in land development came up. This video was extremely helpful for me to understand the process of development from an architect's point of view. From what I understand and believe that the future of architecture is in Development. As long as it's done right.
I am listening because the topic is something that I am interested at and she has a point, but her presentational skills has to be improved. It’s completely monotonous talk, reading, no interaction. She needs to sell all of what she knows especially because she is working as a developer. It’s not a mean comment, just highlighting. It’s not easy to keep the attention of the audience.
