This will provide the information needed in order to design the new home or addition and to make sure that you are in compliance with the zoning regulations.
Things to look for include front, side and rear yard setbacks, maximum height and the maximum building or impervious coverage. (Sometimes listed as F.A.R. - Floor to Area Ratio)
