I have a couple fig trees in my backyard, and this season produced a massive yield; and spending time tending to them and then harvesting them is such an satisfying feeling, and on top of that, being able to share the figs with neighbors, friends, and family, it's such a beautiful thing. I recommend everyone should start a small garden, even if it's a small indoor herb garden. The smell and taste of fresh mint right off the plant is quite therapeutic!
