@@marichikat904 Unlike Bible or Quran, Indian in Sanskrit literature, ideas are conveyed as poems - that means with bhaavana / imagination invoking similes & etc. It is said नानृषिः कविः meaning who is not a poet is not a Rishi. Even in English language for example, when you say that someone is bad mouth, does it mean that his mouth is bad? When you say that he is a donkey, does it mean that he has a tail and a donkey head? Similarly when they have mentioned that the scientists, teachers, doctors are the face of the viraat purusha, or that the security of the members of a society are denoted by the arms, the food and sustenance is denoted by the stomach, and the legs denote service sector, do that mean literally or that the mouth is superior to hands or legs?
But I suppose she didn't have the knowledge of how the caste system originated as per the Manu Smriti and Sanadhana Dharma. Brahmins Believed to have come from Brahma's head, Brahmins were teachers and intellectuals. Kshatriyas Believed to have come from Brahma's arms, Kshatriyas were warriors and rulers. Vaishyas Believed to have come from Brahma's thighs, Vaishyas were traders, artisans, merchants, and agriculturists. Shudras Believed to have come from Brahma's feet, Shudras were laborers and service providers.
@@TonyDCheruvathur It is not that they came from, but it is that ‘they were’. (आसीत् means was/were) That is, The Brahmins were the face, Kshatriyas were the arms, Vaishyas were its belly/thighs and the Shudras were its legs. It means that all the four together formed up its body. Thus was the Viraat swaroopa (form). A kingdom is also known as swaroopam. Therefore, Viraat swaroopam means Viraat Rajya. Which is the society as a whole. It means therefore that progressive societies need to have these inevitable divisions for focused growth. (Just as humans have taken the form that we see, with head, arms, belly and legs),
@@aadamahmed2558if you're talking about lord krishna then yes, he had 16000 wives, after saving them from a demon called Narkasur and on THEIR DEMAND married them to save their dignity and give them a home, he build palaces for each and every one of them and fulfilled all his duties, unlike some jihadis who were busy raping women and trapping them in marriages
All should remember that we should appreciate our culture but no need to downgrade other cultures. If you are downgrading someone then you'll be downgraded by someone definitely.
Exactly this is what i am saying too. Who the hell are you to talk about Christianity. As if Indians treat or respect there women with respect. This lady is so so cheap actually. So much of heartedness. I can’t believe most of them appreciate your explanation you are so sick actually. Don’t look down upon other religion to bring your religion. Sad you found this way.
"Not this nonsense" and the line about a verse in the bible was actually not required... No one becomes great by insulting someone else... the person who was explaining about the statue had no knowledge about it is however true.
it we all could distinguish between the the sensible and the non sensible we would not have end up in today’s cruel and ugly society. the truth is sensible to all and it’s liberating. the Hindu philosophy is all about the truth and the nature and the reality of the truth & that is the quiet opposite of the Abrahamic religions that are all about nonsense disguised as truth that’s why they have FAITH but the Hindu philosophy helps you know, witness, fell , live the truth no need to shoving it into people’s mind by force, lies , deception and WAR, KILLING…. just admit it and get liberat
In the beginning, there was only Matter that was in inertia as peace (Shavam). It was Swayam bhoo- meaning, that it came to existence not from anything else, but from itself. (None knows from where it came, perhaps not even him !! - Ref. Nasadiya Sukta of RgVeda) This Shiva (matter) held Jada and hence is known as Jadadhaari. But slowly over time, there was movement - gaman -> gam+gam and thus on the Jada was formed gamga / Ganga. With a trigger (kaama) from inside a the third eye (Netram means na-itaram = focused sight) of Agni burst out and this matter (Shiva) from itself generated Energy (Shakti). This Shakti became part of Shiva as equal part - giving them the name as Ardha-Naaree. From the deadlocks (Jada) of Shiva came KalaBhairava & Kaali - the Great Sound of Time (big-bang) and Time herself (Kaali - mother of evolution / creation). As far as Earth is concerned, the Daksha prajapati was given the head of a goat, to start count of time. Thus Aries became our reference point of time in the Dakhsa (I.e. Southern part of the world - in Dravida Tamil Nadu). The whole world today exists as the cosmic dance between these two - Shiva and Shakti - Matter and Energy. (Ardha Naareeshwara) While in the dance, the two took difference forms and thus the multitude of things that we see today came to existence. Each and everything in this world therefore is part and parcel of the two primeval gods, Shiva and Shakti. When matter and energy expanded as part of the big bang as well, and stabilised in existence, it was called Vishnu- meaning that which prevails. As it expanded unlimited it was Ananta (meaning infinite). As still since there is balance to be filled, that space is known as Shesha (meaning remaining). As it is expanding on all directions, it is depicted as curled. The universe is cloudy with darkness and light intermingled and hence ids known as milky ocean (ksheera-Saagaram). And thus the picture of Vishnu sleeping upon Ananta (infinity) is depicted. Our Mother Earth is also part of the depiction as Vishnu’s consort.
@@maaaaaaaa8185 Europeans killed Galileo for saying Earth revolves around the sun. And in India we have worshipped sun, moon, planets like mercury mars venus Jupiter Saturn and even two asuras/demons named Rahu and Ketu responsible for solar and lunar eclipses. In South India they are worshipped as Navagrahas. And Navagraha temples are there even in North India and in some temples outside India where indian communities settled down. The world today is realizing what Indians realized understood and followed many many centuries ago. So yeah please continue joking on things you know nothing about.
@@maaaaaaaa8185 Hi hi 👋 Kashyapa in Sanskrit means tortoise!! (Kachuva in Hindi). It represents the great egg. Within which lies jeeva drawn within. When the right time arrives, it puts forth its tail, head and limbs and moves ahead. That is when the world exists. When the universe is dormant, it is depicted as the tortoise that is withdrawn into the shell. The representation is again of the same hiranya garbha - the golden womb. Golden because it is burning like fire with gases. Hope the helium and hydrogen have been there!! 😂😂😂 The celestial energies came from his wife Aditi and celestial matter came from his wife Diti. Both energy and matter therefore has come from the same source - The Hiranya garbha
I was very amazed to see when accident Indians believed men and women r equal.... but why didn't they follow..... a big question.... if anyone know the answer ,please let me know.... I will learn ...
I am amazed to see, atleast the british stole and did not break as muslim invaders did, some could not break our traditions and some just could not understand our dharma, all nations fell to hold their traditions and dharma. Many countries are trying to convert with many children. They are using children to change demographics. A CHILD IS BORN WITH OUT ANY RELIGION HE/She should be given no religion or caste. They are indian or as ancient people call us, HINDUS, Om namo shiva, Jai Hind
Women liberty is a new phenomenon in West....they take great pride in considering themselves liberal...but cultures around the world be it Indian,African, South American has many examples of women empowerment and liberal societies long long before...
I am glad you gave your explanation good for you.If others believe differs from yours, doesn't mean its nonsense. They have their own beliefs Learn to Respect.
Well explained. People should check before commenting from which culture the artefact is and its background. Otherwise they are only fools, not Historians 🙏
There is a great intalactual poet in tamil Tiruvalluvar who have 2 line(as man and woman) one have 4 words and the other have 3 words explaining about virtue, wealth, love. Those lines are inseparable. 2000+ year old poems.
Nothing is non sense. Everyone have their own beliefs. Point is everyone should respect every other persons beliefs unless it harms the societies or human rights.. also if you dont like the beliefs you are grown into, then leave. Dont follow
Well explained mam, respect your take.. except for the comment on bullshit at the end 😂 ... There is an equally deeper take on that representation too.
Same happened when a foreigner atheist's was livestreaming saying the Bhagwad Gita is the most violent book because Krishna wanted the war to happen and Arjun did not! Why do they lecture about things they have no context about!
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. And changed the glory of GOD into curruptible man, and to birds and four footed beast, and creeping things. Wherefore GOD also gave them up through the lust of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. Who changed the truth of GOD into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the CREATOR who is blessed forever. Amen. Romans 1: 22 to 24 ( The Holy Bible ).
This is why I follow Christ because HE doesn't want us to take 1000 years to have fellowship with Him. Christ is the visible form of the invisible God who created this universe and us. He came down to our level to be close to us and ultimately become the sacrifice for humanity. Therefore, there is no need to break coconuts or sacrifice animals for your sins.
@@cocogirl727something that's easy to consume is not just truth who twlls you to know every knowledge but if you are are interested there us greater philosophy and best lessons we are not in favour of killing any animal btw and traditions is something that is not forced but it is beautiful form of celebration so don't disregard anyone else's culture just because you think your religion is great.
Few years ago I would not have believed that someone doesn't know Ardhanarishwara. But after living a decade in Europe I've seen the level of ignorance many people here (in Europe) have about non-Western cultures, so it's very much possible.
@drarathivb You have no understanding of why God took a rib from Adam to form Eve. The Creator established the fundamental unity between man and woman. Eve was not created separately from the ground, as Adam was, but from Adam's own body, indicating that they share the same essence and are intimately connected. This unity is emphasized in Genesis 2:24: "For this reason, a man shall leave his father and his mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh." The rib symbolizes equality. Eve was not made from Adam's head to rule over him, nor from his feet to be trampled upon, but from his side, indicating that she is his equal. She stands beside him, under his arm for protection, and near his heart to be cherished. Reincarnation is silly since I have no memory of my sins in my past life. How can I correct the mistakes in this life when I don't remember my past life? Reborn again and again is a form of slavery.
Very well explained❤ western country don’t know that India was well ahead in the science, astrology, agriculture, arts, architecture also many more from past 5000years.
Didn't see the whole thing but if she really is referring to the Holy bible 😢.... I'll only say John 14:6 and Psalm 33:12..n most important Luke 23:34....🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I appreciate your courage to speak out and clarify the explanation of the art symbolized... However i don't appreciate that you cannot appreciate another's beliefs... I don't think you can judge what qualifies as nonsense ... Just saying
The progenetors of the Kuruvas were neither male nor female. There is room for all beings in this creation. The chanels of the right and left nostrils are feminine and masculine. To balance these energies os to move towards being fully human. Jai Ma.
When she was hurt because she did not agree that was ok but at last she calls other's culture as nonsense!! Lol. FYI, this is the problem with Indian culture.
To say one is great and 'finest' and the other is nonsense!!...so what if the 'women is born from the rib of a man'... Why is the latter considered a 'nonsense'?!!.. does an artist need to put one belief down to put another on a higher scale?
Upholding a certain thought should never mean mocking another..she casually slipped the way woman was made and is believed to be true by a large portion of the world population. You should not propagate hate by insulting another's beliefs
