This is an awesome start to a great project. But I have some corrections/suggestions: - What you just made is not a radar, but a sonar. This is due to the fact that the used sensor is ultrasonic and not something that uses electromagnetic waves. - Instead of using a servo motor, a stepper motor would probably be a better fit for this project. Because you can program the stepper to rotate at a fixed speed continuously , you can make a full 360° "virtual FOV". I believe that in order to make this more akin to a real sonar, a line should be scanning the entire screen and once it comes in contact with an existing measurement, is erased and adds a new one. To achieve this, you could map all of the possible coordinates to a bidimensional array (basically a matrix). To avoid entanglement of the wires, you could consider adding a slip-ring.
