Sweet thanks! Ill probably order a few to play around with. Ive got an arduino nano on the way and Im going to try something with an attiny, Im going for a semi only sr-25. So it should be terribly complicated. Ill have to figure out the debounce code though as I dont have any experience with that. Im looking into doing the kuba engine as well. I dont have ready access to a machine shop anymore, unfortunately. Was it expensive to get the parts made? Also How did you modify kubas design to fit in the sr-25 cylinder properly? Also I know you have been asked this a million times lol, but what bullet valve did you end up using?
David Schallock Awesome, good luck! I have a lathe so I made them myself. I modelled it up in Solidworks to get each part's dimensions but it could be done by hand.
Snakebitey Sorry I know this ended up not being related to the video. But Im gonna need even more luck...im going to try and get the parts 3d printed. I figure delrin/POM is a good material for things like this. There are acetal filaments but no one does it commercially so until I can source my own printer. Im going to find the strongest runner up I can(minus the awesome self lubing properties of delrin :/), lube it up and stress test the hell out of it...for something like 7-15 dollars a part its really well priced...
