These instructions are intended for K-12 students doing a science project - we recommend consulting with a professional installer if you want a rooftop/residential solar tracking system. There are additional safety considerations that need to be taken into account, like how things are mounted to the roof and the wind load on the panels.
Hello, I believe it is possible to rebuild the function without the are doing the board but instead it is possible to realize the function 52 bridge circuits. One bridge circuit is for the latitude and one British circuit for the longitude . If two photo give the same voltage then the signal is zero and nothing happens instead, if one of two photo diode generate a non-0 voltage, amplifier will control the motor until the difference voltage of the diode is zero. This version is very cheap. You don’t need a micro controller and you don’t need to code. The paradigm should be how to realize the solution is as simple as possible and as complex as necessary
We don't have exact instructions for it, but you could probably do this project with another popular hobbyist board like a Raspberry Pi or a micro:bit.
