Hi guys,
This is just a short video on how we successfully made a solar tracker using the following parts:
1. Arduino Uno
2. L298N H-bridge Motor driver
3. DC motors (Low speed High torque worm geared)
4. LDR(Light-depedent resistor
5. SIM808
6. Resistors
7. Solar Panel
8. Charge controller
9. Microswitch(limit switches)
Here's the link to the code and the wiring diagram.

This is a school thesis project of my Friend (Tom de los Santos) which was required to be a light following robot wherein there are 4 LDRs configured to be located on each four sides of the solar panel instead of the traditional "four corner LDRs" being placed in a cross figured separating plates. The other requirement was to let the project send or transmit a GPS location of the solar tracker project.(Well, this is hard to understand at first. but the purpose is to easily locate the project most especially when you have deployed more of them.)Also, it has to submit a battery level status along with the map coordinates via text message. So that's it!. Hope you like this video. Please hit LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more updates...
